Hosting

This website is hosted by Framer B.V. in the Netherlands. When you visit, Framer processes technical data such as your IP address and browser to deliver the site and keep it secure. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Analytics and cookies

We use Framer Analytics and Umami, with servers in Frankfurt, to count visits. Neither uses cookies or stores IP addresses, and we only see totals. This website sets no cookies. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Fonts

All fonts are hosted on Framer.

Ask

Ask answers questions about the studio using Claude, an AI model by Anthropic. Your questions go through our server on Cloudflare to Anthropic. We keep conversations for 90 days without your IP address, and Anthropic doesn't use them for training. Please don't share sensitive details in the chat. Cloudflare and Anthropic are based in the USA, and transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Email

When you email us, we use your message and contact details to reply. Our email runs on Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited), which may also process data in the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We delete emails once your request is settled, unless we have to keep them as business records. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.

Links

Links to Cal.com, LinkedIn, Instagram and X send nothing until you click them. After that, their own privacy policies apply.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or restrict your data, receive a copy of it, or object to its use. Write to info@sandcastle.studio. You can also complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority at dsb.gv.at.
